The Case №484 is closed

As a result of a private investigation, the fact of the sale of non-original products with trademarks of well-known mobile phone manufacturers was revealed. Two points of sales, two offices - in Moscow and St. Petersburg, two warehouse were found, and the identity of the sellers was also established.

A total of 4,000 items including accessories for mobile phones were identified. Evidence gathered indicated that detected products have signs of inconsistency with the original and contain illegal reproduction of trademarks.

According to preliminary data, the immediate damage inflicted by the intruders' activity is estimated at more than $1.5 million
